personal opinion

Hello

Today I am going to talk about tattoos, personally I love them <3 although I only have 9 on my body, some not so nice, but I love them anyway

I'm not sure what fascinates me most about them.

Born in different parts of the world

During history they have had a negative connotation, as for the Greeks and the Romans, it corresponds more to a stigma than to a social punishment, for bad actions, like stealing, killing, etc.

There are also the tattoos in native towns, among the most recognized are the Polynesian ones, where the tattoo acquires a positive connotation and of social importance, with geometric designs.

In some American towns they have a ritualistic connotation, where they mark a transition from some important life event, or to commemorate the dead and protection. In some cases the pigments used were ashes from cremations.

In Chile many passing rituals were used for ceremonies, for example the Mapuche still paint their bodies to perform some dances such as the choike purrún so that the ostriches come down to dance with them. Few peoples had permanent tattoos, among them the Chinchorro culture, which had a deep connection with the cult of death, which is reflected in their elaborate mummification processes.

In these times the tattoo is already accepted as an art, and the market offers hundreds of products for tattooers and tattooed people, there are fairs, conventions, courses, and different styles of tattoos, inks of all colours, extracted from vegetable pigments, vegan inks

However, if one is looking for formal work in companies, they ask that one does not have tattoos or that they are not visible, there is still not as much acceptance.
